Lord we have a new coworker and we just can't seem to get her to fit well with our department which only consists of a few women, I don't know if it's us not being accepting or her just being strange and something is off, but I pray God is present in the situation and that I don't have to take the lead as always, because I think this is something the boss needs to do, I don't want her to be out of a job or feel rejected, and also I don't think she's a good fit for our department as well, I lift this situation to God and ask for guidance for us to be kind to each other either way in Jesus name amen
